It was my Dads 531c steel bike that got me back in the saddle after a few years off. It was built in 1989 and is still a beautiful bike to ride. The main thing I love about steel bikes is the skill and passion that goes into building them. I recently photographed Tim Leicester of Sword cycles in his workshop in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
